Ruppert Properties invests in and develops income-producing commercial real estate with a “long-term hold” mindset. Geographically, Ruppert Properties concentrates on office/industrial properties within the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas with a focus on Frederick, Maryland.
Construction Management
Ruppert Properties executes and manages all tenant improvements in-house to better meet tenant needs and to serve clients in a timely fashion. This has the additional benefit of allowing both parties to forge a strong relationship by working together from lease to construction through use and occupancy.
Build-To-Suit
Ruppert Properties has the expertise and resources to help clients custom-build facilities to suit specific needs. As the owner/project manager, Ruppert Properties works in partnership with a tenant to ensure that each need is anticipated, planned for and carefully met. This is done in concert with attorneys, architects, engineers and construction specialists in a manner both efficient and economic.
Property Management
In addition to real estate and development, Ruppert Properties provides in-house property management on all
portfolio projects.
Development Services
In company with tenants and to complement investments, Ruppert Properties also offers third-party real estate development and construction management services. These include:
