RASCO JOINS RUPPERT PROPERTIES AS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Laytonsville, MD – Bill Meissner, vice president of Ruppert Properties, is pleased to announce the hire of Dean Rasco as Ruppert Properties' Construction Manager. “We've held an extensive search for a candidate with the right mix of experience, skill, attitude and enthusiasm and I'm confident that our needs – and those of our clients – will be well met in Dean.”

Rasco is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps before garnering experience in construction project management. He will be responsible for the company's construction and facility management activities, including the management of base building contractors, tenant fit-outs, building repairs and general property management.
