Ruppert Breaks Ground On Stanford Trading Center I

Laytonsville, MD - Frederick, MD - Bill Meissner, vice president of Ruppert Properties, is pleased to announce that construction has begun on Stanford Trading Center I, a speculative 39,600-square-foot tilt-up concrete office/warehouse project located in the Stanford Business Park (also owned by Ruppert Properties). Morgan-Keller, Inc. of Frederick, Md., is the general contractor.

Located just off Route 15 and Mountville Road in Frederick, Md., Stanford Trading Center I will feature tenant spaces from 4,800 square feet to 39,600 square feet. The building offers 24-foot clear ceilings and dock and drive-in loading, providing businesses with economical high-utility space in an attractive, covenant-protected environment. Stanford Trading Center I is the first of three buildings to be developed by Ruppert Properties within the Stanford Business Park. The park offers convenient access to Frederick's central business district as well as highway access to Washington, Baltimore, northern Virginia and other surrounding markets.
